I updated my tablet Samsung galaxy Tab a 10.1 to one ui 2.1 today by official update. But after updating i got a major bug that my sd card is not detected in my tablet please help.

Same sdcard can be detected in other mobiles?

I guess you already done but I suggest to check the slot and sdcard for any dust etc.
Check in storage setting whether you can see any error like corrupt sdcard.
Use device in safe mode and check.

you used smart switch or not for update?

Try putting another SD and see if it is detected? Was SD encrypted?
