Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
To Reset S Pen - Insert the S Pen into the slot. Then, open the S Pen remote setting screen and tap More → Reset S Pen.

TabletsSamsung customer support is awful, I'm having issues with my note 9 camera night mode, it does not work properly in 4:3 aspect ratio, camera night mode only works on 16:9 aspect ratio, contacted samsung soooo many times, they did not bother replying
