S pen issue

S pen is writing on different places from its tip approximately 6 to 7mm away. This varies from place to place on screen and worsen as time passes.  I am in continuous touch with service center and samsung helpline from past 1 month daily but my issue is not resolved. They have replaced me s pen and software still issue persist. I have logged several complaints from service center and samsung help line . Still my issue is not resolved.No official call yet.I am in doubt what to do? Use my 1M YouTube channel, go live and show problem to public and ask them for solution? Please help me

Samsung doesn't care much about the users, they either ignore or make excuses. They give stuff, damage it by themselves with updates after warranty expires, takes money from customers to fix it (if you look at A and M series issues happening now, service centre claiming it to be a motherboard defect).
But how does so many users get same issue at the same time after doing same update ? I guess it was done on purpose OR they must be fixing it for free since its their mistake.

This is mentined here to show how careless they are, never choose samsung again.

Bhai, note 10+ ka s pen air action 2 month se kaam nai kr rha h. Aur samsung bekar ka reply de rha h..
Dobara samsung nai purchase krna hai ab.. Dimag kharab ho chuka h.. No solution yet
