Adjusting the resolution will close any running apps. Save any work before changing the resolution. The ability to change resolution will very by model and software version.
Navigate to Screen resolution settings. Navigate to Settings and then tap Display. Swipe to and tap Screen resolution.
Choose your resolution. Choose your desired resolution, and then tap Apply. In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
