Hello,
While I use my tab horizontal tht time it's brightness gone to zero evn I not cover camera area, it doesn't mean how you using it's only single sensor is working I tested this with many play store apps but whenever I cover one by one both sensors the near camera sensor is not responding anything.
Recently I given my tab in authorized service center to resolve battery issue and second problem was software error and after tht I facing these problems.....
Initially I was a big fan of Samsung but after getting this problem my thoughts are going to change.
kindly resolve this as soon as possible because tab warranty period also near to complete...

TabletsTo troubleshoot the problem, reset Adaptive Brightness settings in the Device Health Service app. If not, perform a routine sensor test to detect hardware issues. If the sensors are working, try using third-party Android screen brightness apps as a workaround until a permanent fix is released.

Dear i already Done all these things but tht was showing problems and thn o contact samsung support they identify problem in motherboard and that was replaced now it's working fine 🙂
