Palm swipe to take screenshot is not working.

Hi, i cant take screenshot using palm swipe on my tab s7+.

Its a hit nd miss on multiple occasions for me too... But it usually works the second time... But works with absolute perfection when I don't want it to(took too many unnecessary screenshot).. try disabling and enabling it..

Tried everything, still not working

It will work.
You have to do it cautiously

Use palm on camera sensor ,top side.
That area is sensitive, it will capture.

Don't cover all tab with hand.
Just camera portion,like in smartphone.

It will work.
