I recently bought the galaxy tab s8. I am haven't received my coupon code to buy the keyboard cover at the discount price.
When contacted customer care I came to now that my device activation is not found 
Visited service centre and my device was registered take the screenshot share with customer support desk, and received the same response. 
The redemption process has become a harassment process
