Minor lags in Tab A 10.1 after UI 3.1 update

I have found minor lags and stutter after update of UI 3.1.
Earlier the tablet was running smoth and fine. But now lags are found while
1. Minimising an app
2. Pulling down notification panel not smooth it stutters
3. Opening an app
Etc. 
Finally samsungs software team ruined another smooth running device with an over loaded update.
Please see the configuration and ram of the device before rolling out an update. From a high end compnay these type of bugs in a final stable update is very disappointing.

Oh it happen to me like I'm using galaxy tab a 2017 8.0 first it was running on nougat Samsung experience 8.5 then i got one ui 1.1 update android pie
After the update my tablet was so laggy and apps open too Slowly etc.

But i do a factory reset then now its running smoothly
After an software update some residual and cache fiels can be make device slower so do a factory reset and it will be fixed !

My tablet is brand new, I use YouTube or just read pdf, no major operations.

Please report down the minor issues via Samsung members app > get help > error report

If all time it is happening then report anytime but if sometimes its happening then please try to report within 15 min

I have tried reporting them earlier. It's of no use.
They will give lame solutions like try reseting your device, restart your device etc.
Why will I reset my device when it was working fine in the earlier version. Moreover the lag is caused by the OTA update, not by me. And after resetting samsung guys won't help me set my phone and make the effort to download apps and make it like before

Zoom, pulse, outlook and 2 banking apps and mx player. Nothing more.
