Keyboard Mapping issues

On my Tab s9 + keyboard

I have noticed that when I shift click certain keys, like 2,3 and ', I get the wrong character.

SHIFT + 2 = @ instead of " SHIFT + 3 = # instead of British Pound symbol SHIFT + ' = " instead of @

Any ideas? Any solution
