If you have recently Purchased an S23 that comes with a storage and a free tablet.
When you receive your phone and finish setting it up you have to used this App "Samsung Members". When you open Samsung Members you will see a Button called "Benefits". Click on it and scroll down till you see "Redeem Your Samsung S6 Tab Lite" it might not be those exact words. Once you clicked on it you will be shown a Form to fill in. The requirements for that form is Your Name and Surname, Contact details, ID/Passport number/a picture of your ID, A picture of your Phones Reciept and the IMEI number of your phone, that can be found in your settings or at the back of your phone.
Do know that when you submit the picture of your receipt it might have an error. If so just crop that picture in your gallery to be smaller and it should fix your problem.
Once you submit the form you will receive an Email that it has to be confirmed
Then once it is confirmed you'll receive another email say that your Tablet will be delivered to you in 7-14 days.
Luckily for me mine came in 4 days of after I got my confirmation email.

Same here purchased on the 4th of March and got an email 9th of March till now nothing!!! I mean why advertise the promo when u can't uphold it flippen he'll it's frustrating we get useless service everywhere!🤯🤬😡

And the worst part is having to contact Samsung. Their contacting services is terrible.
