37 degrees heat even for normal usage is normal or it has any defects,cause if it is reaching 37 degrees for normal use,what will be the scenario for heavy use,I visited service center they said 37 degrees is normal,is it defective or normal.

It's normal in summer season, just turn off data & GPS if not required.
