Galaxy tab s7+ with fingerprint issue in Android 12 update

I'm having a massive issue in scanning my fingerprint... as these days everything is biometric protected  I'm facing a huge problem  in it .. after atleast 7-8 attempts of my right thumb it detects the prints and as far as left thumb is concerned it is not even picking up scans after 10 tries .. I tried adding fingerprints again to freshly update the fingerprints also but it twas total mess as it took me atleast 20 mins to first upload the 100% thumb impressions as it is not detecting the print impressions on the screen ,, plz fix it soon

If ur using a screen protector try to remove it and do.Clean ur thumb and the screen properly then try.Sometimes it problem occurs regarding the biometric scanning.

No I'm not using any screen protector.. just my flap cover for it.. I clean the screen weekly with spray and silk cloth so that shouldn't be an issue..

Yes then If ur phn is in warranty period go to service centre.If not then remove all screen lock type like the face,pin and try.

I think warranty was of one year only,. It's been 1y 3 months.. I will have to take it to service center I guess then coz I don't have any screen lock apps other than inbuilt ones

Sandy try to remove inbuilt lock option and just use the swipe up to lock option for a while like 2 to 3 hrs then set the biometric lock .Still u face the problem do a factory data reset before it take a back up.In service centee they will charge u Rs200 to tell u the reason of the probelm if phn is out of warranty .

Ok let me try it .. can't reset tho.. it's my daily driver .. and data is almost 100gb .. let's c if that works out .. gotta remove fingerprint for time being

One ui 4 is buggy. Wait for 4.1 update... seems they also delayed update on T970 because of this..

Well my t975 got the update after s7 as well..it was such a drag already and now these bugs ... aarghh frustrating
