I purchased my S21 FE around Feb 2022 (valentines) to date I have not received the tablet. We are in April now. I have emailed , called and even complained to telkom. Samsung promotion sent email saying I will receive my tablet and sighted high volumes and shipment issues. What sad is that these people they keep saying 4 to 5 days but it's been over 2 months. I am really disappointed that such A big company/ brand could provide such horrible service and experience. In my view this is false advertising and a company should not make promises they cannot keep. The reason I bought this phone, the deal cealer was the tablet as it is for my 10yr old son. Can you emagine how disappointed my son is and he probably thinks I lied to him that he is also getting a new tablet. This is really pathetic honestly. I wrote to telkom and I told them that if the tablet is not coming this is a deal breaker and I will have to return this S21FE. I was told their escalating even them to date no feedback. It is disturbing the lack of communication and commitment. No one wants to commit on when exactly will I get this tablet.
