Can't update to one UI 4 in galaxy tab s7 plus

Hey

I am using galaxy tab s7 plus. But I can't update it to one ui 4

When I search for update it shows the decice is upto date 

It's still running in one UI3.1

But my phone (note20) already have one ui4

Why am I not getting this update..I know this update in available for tab s7 plus since December 2021

I am living in India 

Hope you answer my concern and bring in a solution

Nope device is running well
4.0 is buggy so its good they delay it may be we get 4.1 directly...

They have not release update till now..
