Call on other devices stops working

The feature stops working randomly 

The feature is On on both devices 

I am signed into same samsung account 

I have cleared cache of Call and Text on other devices app: It does not work 

I have reset both phone and tablet: It does not work 

I have stable network with 450 MBps speed 

I am facing the issue daily 

Please someone help. Other apps like whatsapp does not face the issue. This is not expected from a premium tablet 

I have raised error reports with logs and videos but no update on that
