I have tried the following but after one or two calls, the service does not work. I have to keep turn it on and off again
1. Tried rebooting both phone and tablet
2. Tried reseting all settings on tablet and phone
3. Tried signing out and signing in again on tablet and phone
4. Tried clear cache on both phone and tablet
Nothing seems to work
I have phone S25 ultra and tablet is Tab S10+

Thanks.
But I have only 1 physical sim only. I will provide the logs to Samsung team if they can see whats the issue.
Which company sim are you using? Jio or Airtel?

One is jio and the other is airtel.. Earlier jio was physical Sim and airtel is esim..
I too had sent logs to the samsung team and they replied with the stupid solution saying that when you get the error, turn off and on the call and text to other device setting on your phone.

They asked for detailed logs like dumstat from phone app.
I will still try once more.
I want my physical sim for other purposes and further Airtel does not support e-sim for watch on prepaid plan. I will check with them once more. Otherwise I will keep using this workaround.
Nonetheless not good experience from such expensive devices

Did you get any response? Is the issue fixed? I got a response from Samsung support saying it was a server issue which they have now fixed

I was not able to send logs. Due to some other work. I planned to send logs this weekend.
I will turn off my routines and check if its fixed or not.
