Feedback and Request for Better One UI Performance Optimization Across Galaxy Devices
Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A11+ (6 GB RAM, 128 GB Storage), and I would like to share my experience and a suggestion.
My tablet has sufficient RAM and plenty of free storage, but I still notice occasional lag during normal tasks such as opening apps, switching between apps, scrolling, and navigating the interface. I believe this is more related to software optimization than available storage.
I kindly request Samsung to further optimize One UI for Galaxy tablets and smartphones, especially mid-range and entry-level devices. Smoother animations, faster touch response, better RAM management, and improved overall system optimization would greatly enhance the user experience.
Apple's iPhone and iPad are often appreciated for their smooth and responsive software experience. I hope Samsung can continue improving One UI so that Galaxy devices across all price ranges deliver a similarly fluid experience while maintaining Samsung's unique features.
