Add a underline or mark beneath the app opened from taskbar

Currently i can't see which of the apps from taskbar currently opened.

Let me show with example

This is how it currently appears

How it currently appears, no mark beneath the news and gmail app while both are currently opened (gmail is in background)

This is how it should appear.

There should be underline or any mark beneath the apps that are currently opened.
