A9 Plus One UI 6.1 Update Causes Stutters

After the latest One UI 6.1 update there are stutters when scrolling through app drawer and home screen. ONE UI 6.0 was pretty fine. I tried resetting the tab after update but it was not fixed. Please provide a fix patch.
