3G problem

I have Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 inch. It is a 3G tab and 3G has been stopped in India. Can this 3G tab can be upgradable to 4G or not. It has android 4.2.2 and had not received a update from very long time. Please help me. Thanks

Buy a new tab. 4.2.2 means you are running on KitKat. That's too much old. If it's possible for you to buy a new one then go for it.
You can't upgrade your existing 3G tab into 4G tab.

but 3g has not stopped in india

3G has been stopped in Punjab,India.Only 2G and 4G are running.
