Repeating the call logs

As we compare to two different phone application, the call logs are repeating 2 or more even if we make outgoing nor incoming calls.

But in an 3rd party phone app it never shows up more than 1 time. And it's not duplicating the names again and again, it will be Hassel free.. . For reference I have attached the screen shot.. 

Hope you fix this problem in nxt update...
