Solve For Tomorrow 2026Good day,
Is it possible to remove a pattern from an S24 Ultra?
I am completely blank as to what it can be; I have the POP and everything needed to show the device belongs to me.
Please help
Regards,

Solve For Tomorrow 2026Yes — it is possible to remove or reset the pattern lock on a Galaxy S24 Ultra, but only if you can prove ownership, which you mentioned (you have the proof of purchase).
Here are your two main options:
---
🧩 Option 1: Use Samsung’s “Find My Mobile”
If the phone is signed in to your Samsung Account and Find My Mobile is enabled, this is the easiest way.
1. Go to: 👉 https://findmymobile.samsung.com
2. Sign in using the same Samsung account linked to the phone.
3. Once it locates your device, choose “Unlock”.
4. Enter your Samsung account password — the pattern/PIN/lock will be removed instantly.
✅ No data loss with this method.
---
🔄 Option 2: Factory Reset (If you can’t use Find My Mobile)
If you don’t remember the pattern and Find My Mobile isn’t available, you’ll need to factory reset the phone.
⚠️ This will erase all data, but since you have the Proof of Purchase, you can restore access afterward.
Steps:
1. Power off the phone.
2. Connect it via USB to a PC or another phone.
3. Press and hold Volume Up + Power until you see the Samsung logo, then release.
4. In Recovery Mode, use the volume buttons to highlight “Wipe data/factory reset” and confirm with the Power button.
5. Select “Factory data reset” to confirm.
6. Once done, choose “Reboot system now.”
After reboot, the phone will ask for your Google account or Samsung account that was previously linked — that’s the FRP (Factory Reset Protection) check.
Show your proof of purchase at a Samsung Service Centre if you can’t access that account — they’ll unlock it officially.

Solve For Tomorrow 2026You just need to get the pattern wrong once then a prompt should appear that will allow you to use your old password.
