I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Samsung phone I recently purchased. I ordered the phone on October 17th, and on October 25th, it automatically switched off.
When I contacted the nearby service center, they informed me that there is no policy in place to either repair or replace the phone. As a reporter, I have a busy schedule and am unable to visit the service center repeatedly.
I am deeply disappointed with Samsung's lack of customer service and would not recommend their products to anyone.
