secure folder

My secure folder is not opening. Whenever i open it automatically close secure folder.

clear data and cache of it or factory reset your device....did you ever root or installed custom rom?this type of issue generally happens when Knox version security if tripped

yes same problem occured in my device.
what is solution on it.

see ....secure folder need Knox security which hardwarely as well as softwarely empowered...it's not possible to uninstall...that's why I told to clear data of it from app settings then check...if problem still persists then factory reset your device once
