Is it  save to keep files in secure folder ??
And is there any chance to backup the files which hav kept in secure folder??

Yes, files are absolutely safe. Also, yes you can backup files which are kept in secure folder by explicitly choose that option while backup.

1. it's really so safe and secure then any other method
2. you have both option to backup on Samsung cloud and in your main phone memory outside the secure folder
