not getting backup for secure folder

hiii everyone.. i need the help of u experience peoples..
actually i have updated my j7 prime last night. but when it started , the media files i had in the secure folder app fade away.. and now m trying to back it up.. but still m failed.. can any of u help me in this???

no. securefolder is encrypted. and you dnt get its backup. even it do no show in pc when u connect via cable

but all of my personal pics are not there.. gallery showin no iteam there
