Samsung secure folder forgot password loading page

So hi guys I have forgotten my pattern of my secure folder and now when I try to reset it...am getting a loading page and am stuck in it...and by the way am connected to a better Internet connection too but still so now I just left with 5 attempts...what should I do now

Yesterday I got a secure folder update and the problem got fixed....no worries now
