Samsung secure folder forgot password loading page

So hi guys I have forgotten my pattern of my secure folder and now when I try to reset it...am getting a loading page and am stuck in it...and by the way am connected to a better Internet connection too but still so now I just left with 5 attempts...what should I do now

Are you enable reset password with samsung account

After clicking the forgot password am getting a reset pop-up then after clicking the reset it's just showing the loading page that's it

Bro, Samsung discontinued the secure folder that is why you can't reset password.

Ok try it safe mode. It may work.

From safe mode
Press and hold power botton
Then press and hold power off option
Then select safe mode


I'm not sure it will work.but you can try it

Hello bro

Today i updated my secure folder and now am able to reset password by signing my Samsung account.
Before this update i was facing problem of black screen with loading.
Now it is fixed.
