What are you trying to define

1. Playstore is not showing in secure folder
2. Your email is not shown in secure folder play store

1. If playstore is not showing then disable power saver and battery restriction. And click the plus icon inside secure folder playstor will be there.

2. If email is not showing in the playstore inside the secure folder, you have to add the email(Gmail) account inside secure folders play store
