Hello Members,

I have set a 18 digit numeric PIN for my secure folder. When I goto secure folder -> settings -> lock type -> prompt for PIN -> here I can enter my 18 digit PIN successfully. Also, after restarting my phone -> open secure folder -> prompt for PIN -> here I can enter my 18 digit PIN successfully.

Now the problem is, if I manually lock & exit the secure folder -> again open secure folder -> I can login with fingerprint. But, if I choose to use PIN -> Here while entering my PIN it will only accept 16 characters -> Fail to open secure folder.

Is anyone else is also facing this issues? Do we have any fix for this? I couldn't find any. Please advise. Thanks!

I know its lengthy but then Samsung should mention about the PIN length limitation. It seems to be a bug as the 18 digit PIN does not work when locked manually & try to use PIN instead of fingerprint.

Yes...It must be an error from Samsung side...there are many glitches;especially in new 6.0 update .
