Samsung Notes sync options missing — Samsung CloHello evud & OneNote not visible

Hello everyone,

 I’m using Samsung Notes on my device( SamsungGalaxyTabA9Plus), and I expected to see sync options like “Sync with Samsung Cloud” and “Sync to Microsoft OneNote” in the app settings. From what I’ve read, these features should exist in Samsung Notes — one to backup notes to Samsung Cloud, and another to sync notes with Microsoft OneNote. 

 However, on my device:

I only see Samsung Notes, but no option to sync with Samsung Cloud. I also don’t see any Microsoft OneNote sync setting at all. Is this feature removed, hidden, or dependent on a specific software version or region? Why don’t I have these options in Samsung Notes?

May be your device software not supports.
I use to back up every note on my Samsung cloud by default.
And its working.
