Anyone received updates for Google play system update after 1 oct update for android 16 ?

For my m15/f15 updates are stuck for 1oct samsung updates and also play store system updates

Is it same for all other devices regarding Google system update?

Or Google forgot to launch updates after 1oct update for android 16

It was delayed and blocked by samsung for some issues after update in google system update it will be get updates followed by 8.5 update
