OTP verification not completing

What's the solution, I'm unable to complete the OTP verification for the apps that are in secure folder

I've running plans, having good network connectivity.

YOU ARE USING IDFC FIRST BANK APP. I AM ALSO FACEING SAME ISSUE.

Yes! It's idfc but this issue is for multiple apps

I'm also facing the same issue and contacted Samsung support using the Samsung Members app and they replied that OTP applications wont work in Secure Folder so banking apps needs to be run outside of Secure Folder.

In that case Samsung should provide us App Lock like S Secure for Galaxy devices.
