My Knox Support End.

Samsung has revealed that it will retire its My Knox platform on December 19 2017.

After that My Knox user's won't be able to update or install the application also they will be unable to recover any account details.

So please Install the New "Secure Folder" and move your private content to it.

You can use Backup and Restore options in Knox settings or Simply transfer your data to Normal Mode and then again tranfer it to Secure Folder.

If any Issue? Plz Ask.

That is very unfortunate. Samsung folder is just a crap. I will miss samsung myknox app

secure folder is not supported in my J5 2015 (SM-J500F) model.What should I do???

you can use other 3rd party applications or wait for samsung to release this for your device.
