HOW to take backup of Secure Folder LOCALLY without Samsung Cloud?

I cannot believe how many times I've asked this simple question. Yes no one seems to guide may it be Samsung community or Samsung support. 

I just need to backup data in secure folder locally by connecting it to an external storage like on a computer. 

Some people say that Smartswitch DOES work yet I've no confirmation about it. Does anyone have any tip or experience to share? 

Please, I would really appreciate it and it will help a lot members in the community who are stuck in the same situation as me.

Samsung community is also region restricted. That's why you won't see many people from West in these communities. Mostly South Asian side. Those links won't open in the communities app.
