Hey, i turned on secure folder and forgot the password. I know there's a way to open via my samsung account but i didnt opted for that option. So basically its lock i dont know the password and i cant open it thru my samsung account. What should i do, please anyone can help. The only is factory reset maybe???? THANK YOU
