Secure Folder

Dear Samsung member,

Greetings from Samsung customer support.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. Kindly perform some quick troubleshooting steps to resolve your issue. You can easily import or copy personal file(s) in Secure Folder with the Add files menu option. This is provided on the top of the Secure Folder main screen.

https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/what-is-a-secure-folder-and-how-to-use-it/

1:Tap Add files.

2:Choose a data type to add to Secure Folder.
NOTE – The maximum number of shared files you can send at once is 20. Shared files can't exceed 50MB.

You can share the following data: Image, Video, Audio, Document, My files.
3:Choose Copy or Move.
1:Copy: A duplicated file will be saved in the Secure Folder.
2:Move: The original file will be moved to the Secure Folder.

NOTE – Data synced to the Samsung cloud may re-appear inside the Gallery app even if you move it to Secure Folder. If you do not want the data to re-appear inside the Gallery app, ensure you also remove it from the Samsung cloud storage.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.
