As we all know previous devices (till one ui 2.5) had 

Dedicated Fingerprint to directly login to secure folder from lockscreen and it also added one more level of privacy as it was removed from S21/(one ui 3) anyone who has added their fingerprint can login to secure folder just right under your nose this feature should be added back in a update or in upcoming one ui4

I am not sure whether it is supported in your device. But you can do it after you install routine+ app.
It works in my A71.

You can either install good lock app and then install routines + app or directly install routines + app.

Then you can create the routine like I mentioned in above comment.
