Automatic Data lost

I was not delete anything from my secure folder but today i found i lost my data from secure folder. i don't understand how can it happened.

Note: i am not reset my phone.

I was check my settings and found this option is on. then off Auto delete unnecessary data option but i really dont understand why this option delete data from secure folder. is it a bug?
