unable to use Samsung pay mini

today my s6 received an update and Samsung pay mini has been added through it.
but I am not able to use the same and shows attached error. I don't have Samsung pay. please help with the solution.

do you have installed s pay through apk mirror if yes then finds in apps maybe its framework remains in your mobile.

ya it's there. but not able to uninstall..can you help?

manage device administrator disable and then go to apps uninstall it.
