lCICI Cards - Not able to add to Samsung Pay

We are not able to add the ICICI debit cards (Master Card) to Samsung Pay. I do get a OTP option, but do not get the OTP, the "Call Bank" option is useless as ICICI folks are not aware of Samsung Pay. I have also made sure every options under Domestic and International sections are turned on. This is the case for three different phones (Fold 4, M33 & S22 ultra) and three different accounts. Please help

I hope you trying with the registered phone number which is linked to the card
Sometimes due to server issues, it's not happening
Try after few minutes

Yes, the phone has the registered phone number. I have been trying for a month now. I even changed the registered phone number to see if it helps.

Also for my wife, there is no option for OTP and only the option to call the bank.

Im worried about from 1+ year issue with samsung pay and icici if u ask to customer care for otp issue they answer simply your phone or samsung pay issue all card services are activated...Samsung should do about this 🤔

As far as I remember it won't ask for otp
Card isn't showing added inside cards tab ?
Can you show me screenshot what exact error it's showing

There is no error message. For me, when I add my card, I get two options. One is OTP and the other is Call Bank. When I click on OTP, it shows the right mobile number but i don't receive the OTP.

For my wife, there is no otp option and it only shows Call Bank

Finally found the solution for this issue.. Login to the icici netbanking then click cards & loans then click debit card.. Once you click this the netbanking site will show the virtual debit card. If you scroll down there will be an option called manage your tokens click manage tokens then select the debit card which you want to activate for samsung pay. Please make sure that before doing this the card should be added to samsung pay and it should be waiting for verification. Once you select the debit card you will see a section called device token click that it will show as inactive activate it and then automatically the card in samsung pay will be auto verified.
Please let me know if you are facing issue after this as well. Try the same for credit card as well
