issue on adding card

I'm facing issue while adding my DB card in Samsung pay. Even, after activating international transactions, I can't able to add my card. 

After contacting my bank, they are saying as like you having permission to access Samsung pay through your card.

Becuase your bank card not supported check for supported cards

Even I spoke with customer service, they are saying as like you have an access to use Samsung pay..
Does Mellenia visa card(hdfc) can't support in Samsung pay?

Its visa its supported

Try updating Samsung pay or clear data of Samsung pay

Or manually type the card details

It's support I use hdfc millennia card in samsung pay already.

i also added my hdfc bank millenia mastercard debit card & it works everytime
