Somehow A Wrong Version Of Samsung Pay Framework Has Been Downloaded And it Refuses To Unistall To Default Version. And Due To This It Always Says Failed To Install Samsung Pay . Kindly Help

Then you may try these two options
1) uninstall Samsung pay update and then try to uninstall samsung framework update.

2) Install the latest framework using .apk

Otherwise, hard reset is the only option
