For redeeming 10% on galaxy products i need to login by access code but i couldn't find this

That's not for general users. It's mostly for Samsung employees or if you get a special code/voucher from Samsung itself.

If you already have a voucher you can add that in the checkout section when you buy something from the Samsung website

I found out how to enter the members special access discount store! Check this out! The employee code/unique code is the voucher code we received in the #YourSpecialAccess Voucher(mentioned in screenshot 1)
