When will Samsung bring support for NFC for RuPay Cards?

I have observed and confirmed that Samsung Pay is not a network partner of RuPay. That's the reason Samsung Wallet doesn't support RuPay Cards. 

Samsung should understand that RuPay is now one of the biggest payment networks in the world and Largest in India hence, Samsung should seek to become a network partner of RuPay.

RuPay does not have 3rd party integration.
Samsung has nothing to do with it.
RuPay, as of now, only works with UPI digitally.
