Why SamsungPay doesn't support HSBC cards tap and pay???

I think they are allowing only main gernal banks of India only . I have tried to add one card by federal bank but failed to do so.

ONLY SAMSUNG KNOWS WHERE GOOGLE WALLET SUPPORTS 5000 INSTITUITIONS INCLU BANKS,FI, AND OTHER FINANCIAL COMPANIES..........JUST LOOK AT THE LIST OF BANKS GOOGLE PAY SUPPORTS IN INDIA.......
