If you're thinking of using your cards on Spay to pay for BMS I think that's not Spay is built & that integration may never happen. Because then samsung would need convert Spay to a payment gateway vs just being a wallet like it is now.
Or, If you're taking about just UPI integration and then I think currently Spay UPI on BMS works way better than any other UPI app.
Because when you add your Spay UPI to BMS and proceed Spay just open up a drawer for payment which is a way better integration compared to for example Gpay opening its entire app for payment.
To add:
1. When you're at the payment page select UPI and add your Spay UPI address where it asked for the VPA address and check save for future.
2. Now when you proceed it open Spay like a drawer straight to the payment page and you can pay or decline payment. That's all.
Now you have Spay UPI saved for future use too.

Take the screenshot of the ticket and try adding it as a voucher with expiry. Working for time being until Samsung is developing the feature.
