Is there any way to lock the Samsung wallet app?

I have added my documents and cards on the Samsung wallet app. I want to set a fingerprint lock/password for opening the app. I can't find any option to do so. How do I set a fingerprint/password for accessing Samsung wallet?

I think there is no way to lock Samsung Wallet. May be Samsung should include it in the future updates.

So, anyone who snatches my unlocked phone can get access to my ID documents and destroy my life. Very thoughtful of Samsung. Even relatively unimportant apps like WhatsApp offer fingerprint authentication functionality. Samsung should fix this as soon as possible.

It's better to keep documents inside the Digilocker and install the app inside the secure folder.(digilocker has it's own fingerprint protection as well).

Agree with you, many UPI apps are supporting system lock so atleast Samsung should also update their app to use atleast same phone lock system to secure the wallet.

This is a serious issue and I have raised it in the past as well. What is more baffling is the fact that we can't even install this app inside the secure folder.

Select your phone from the list of devices and when it's located, click 'Lock'. - Step 3: Enter the necessary information, and then click 'LOCK'. Now, no one can access your information or Samsung Wallet.
