Samsung pay app is a dedicated software designed for Samsung phones. First you cannot install and even if you manage it will not work or your phone can hang.

Like someone pointed out, Samsung Pay is not available for other devices. But Google Pay and CRED also offers NFC payments similar to Samsung Pay. You may try those apps for these other devices you've mentioned. But NFC functionality is needed of the phone before these apps can support NFC payments.
