How to disable Samsung Pay app in galaxy a9 pro?

I dont use this app and want to disable it...
I have turned off the app notifications and revoked permissions... After restarting the device again samsung pay app pop up comes on bottom of home screen with permissions granted, not sure how the permissions are granted after restart.... 

Any suggestions how to disable this app permanently???

Samsung need to fix this immediately

open Samsung pay and register it. then go to samsung pay mini settings and tap quick access and unclick them all....

Go to settings select apps. select Samsung pay. Go to storage and clear data. Select notifications and turn them off.Go to permissions turn all permissions off and go to advanced and turn off apps that can change system settings. Disable the app

Thanks for detials, I can't disable the app
And I have cleared the data and revoked permissions but after restarting the phone the permissions are garnted again, not sure how to fix it?
